Appointments can only be made 3 days in advance. Thereafter, the clinic will contact you directly to confirm your appointment.

Each clinic may be slightly different. The doctors might order additional tests if required and these might have additional charges. If you are an existing user with Vision Direct Club, your selected doctor will be able to retrieve your eyesight history from your user account.

If the doctor is required to view the back of the eye, they may require to dilate the eyes to see the back of the eye for a wider view. After dilation, vision might become blurry and words might need hard to read for a few hours. It is best to let someone else drive.
