1. “Table Matters x Vision Direct Club” (hereafter referred to as ‘The Collaborative Partners’) Giveaway runs on 23rd April. Participants stand to win the Pebbles Collection (1 pc 4.7 Inch Rice Bowl, 1 pc 8 Inch Ramen Bowl, 1 pc 7 Inch Coupe Plate, 1 pc 8 Inch Coupe Plate) from Table Matters AND 1 month supply of Clariti-1DAY contact lenses from Vision Direct Club respectively.

2. The free subscription of 1 month supply of Clariti-1DAY contact lenses will be provided in a promotional code to be applied on the website, www.visiondirectclub.com

3. Participant must be a follower of the @tablematterssg and @visiondirectclub Instagram and Facebook Page.

4. Participants for the Contest must be legal residents of Singapore, at least 13 (thirteen) years of age or older (on the date of submission), and are registered users of Instagram and Facebook.

5. Five lucky winners will be chosen and winners will be announced on The Collaborative Partners' Instagram/Facebook page and story.

6. The gift recipient(s) will also be contacted via a direct message on Instagram/Facebook.

7. The gift is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, and/or services.

8. Judges’ calculations and any decision by The Collaborative Partners on all matters relating to the Contest are final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence in relation thereto will be entered into.

9. By participating in the Contest, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification from the Contest.

10. The Collaborative Partners reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing, or other material relating to the Contest these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

11. By participating in the Contest each Eligible Participant grants The Collaborative Partners a worldwide and irrevocable license to publicize his/her name and accompanying caption in such mode and manner as The Collaborative Partners considers fit.

12. The Collaborative Partners will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this activity or with the acceptance or possession of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

13. This activity is not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.

14. Older giveaway posts will be deleted on the release of new giveaway content.
